General Terms and Conditions applicable to all non-cash payment products and facilities held by Uniting Financial Services We may change the Terms and Conditions that apply to your investment access channels (e.g. Uniting Online) or any product or service outlined in our PDS. We will provide updated information by giving you notice (if this were required, such as if the change were materially adverse to you) or by posting the information on our website. You can obtain a paper copy of any information without charge by contacting us. You should check statements carefully and promptly report to us as soon as you become aware of any payments that you think are errors or are payments that you did not authorise or you think were made by someone else without your permission. You shall ensure that sufficient funds are available in the nominated investment to meet all commitments on their due dates. By using any non-cash payment products and facilities offered by UFS, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These services are provided solely for legitimate personal use and UFS reserves the right to modify or discontinue these services at any time. By using non-cash payment products and facilities offered by UFS, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards, including those related to anti-money laundering (AML), counter-terrorism financing (CTF), and data protection.   Terms and Conditions relevant to specific non-cash payment products and facilities held by Uniting Financial Services Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their User ID and Passcode and are required to notify UFS immediately if they suspect any unauthorised access to their Uniting Online profile. Uniting Online is to be used solely for personal purposes as authorised by UFS. We may suspend your right to use Uniting Online at any time if you or anyone acting on your behalf are suspected of acting in a fraudulent manner; or in circumstances we consider appropriate. Users must comply with conditions of use including but not limited to access restrictions, transaction limitations and passcode security requirements as stipulated by UFS. While UFS will make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous access to Uniting Online, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and are not liable for any outages, system failures, or downtime. UFS will not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of online banking services, including but not limited to lost profits or data loss. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary hardware, software, and internet connection to access and Uniting Online securely. Retail Investors of UFS are granted view-only access to Uniting Online. Retail Investors are not permitted to initiate, modify, or authorise transactions through Uniting Online. Any request to perform transactions must be made through alternative channels as directed by UFS.
