Safeguard your organisation's assetsSales Proceeds for Uniting Church Organisations

If your church organisation is considering selling a property, you can establish a Sales Proceeds facility with Uniting Financial Services (UFS).    The purpose of a Sales Proceeds facility is to hold your funds until your organisation is ready to either purchase another property (such as a church, manse or commercial property) or use the funds for missional initiatives which have a lasting value.   All Sales Proceeds, including interest earnings, can only be used for Capital Works and use is subject to approval by Synod Mission Services. Applications should be submitted to Property Services. Before applying for, or drawing down on, a Sales Proceeds facility please refer to the detailed information on the Synod website.
