A Self-Registration link is available on our website. To self-register you will need your current User ID and will need to add in your date of birth and select a passcode. Once the self-registration is complete, we will email you with your Client ID, which you will need to log in for the first time. You will only need to complete this process once.
You can update your email and/ or contact number by calling us on 1300 133 673. It is also important that we have your date of birth on record so you can self-register.
To log in for the first time, you will need the Client ID which was emailed to you when you self-registered and the passcode you selected.
If you have not logged on to the new Uniting Online, you will need to again go to the Self-Registration link and follow the instructions. You can then enter a new passcode. If you have already logged in and subsequently forget your password, go to Uniting Online and click on Forgot your Passcode? It will ask for the answers to your Security Questions which you set up during Self Registration. You will then be able to enter a new passcode.
At Uniting Financial Services we are committed to keeping clients’ funds safe. The One Time Password, which is a four-digit number that is sent to your email or mobile, is an additional layer of security for the system.
Will I need a one-time password for every transaction?
Users will only need to use the One Time Password on logging in to Uniting Online, changing their passcode and switching between organisations, if they have access to more than one.
I represent different organisations. Will I have one user profile for all?
Yes, if you are representing multiple organisations or divisions, you can see all the information in one place. To switch between organisations, press the Switch button in the top right-hand corner of Uniting Online.
In Uniting Online, go to the 'Payments' section and on the right of the screen you will see a list of Pending Approvals. Click on 'Show All' at the bottom of the screen. From the next screen you will be able to reject or approve a transaction.
To set up a new contact from the 'Payments' section, select 'Add Payee', insert their details and save. Alternatively, you can start a payment and select 'New Payee' to add a new contact.
The ability to add nicknames is not available in the new system. This will be considered in the future.
Please ensure you have selected the 'BPAY' tab under the 'Payments' menu.
Yes, you can set up transaction feeds for Xero and Business Central. You can find more information on how to set this up by visiting: https://www.unitingfinancial.com.au/FAQ_transaction_feeds
We offer the ability to upload batch files in Uniting Online. For more information please see our FAQ document: https://www.unitingfinancial.com.au/Batch_file_FAQ
Yes, you can view DocuSign forms in the DocuSign menu and select the form you need from the list.
In the Investments section you can view your statements by clicking on the eStatements tab. Simply select the arrow next to the statement you require to download.
Uniting Online is an industry standard encrypted platform. It is important to note that whilst our system is safe, you should also ensure you follow safe practice by not sharing Client IDs and Passcodes and only accessing Uniting Online from a known, secure computer. Never save your Passcode to any password saving system such as Google and always log out completely when you have finished a session.
Yes, we have created a User Guide to enable church organisations to navigate our system, carry out transactions and more. Please follow this link for more information. https://www.unitingfinancial.com.au/Uniting_Online_User_Guide
