If you are having trouble accessing Uniting Online the following may help solve the problems you are having. Simply click on the wording that describes the problem you are having and a document will appear.

If you still need help do not hesitate to contact us during normal business hours on 1300 133 673.

· ‘Connection Expired’ message when first accessing Uniting Online (after you have loaded your Login and Access Codes.) Note: if you login to Uniting Online and you do not load any information or change a page within 15 minutes the connection will expire for security reasons.

· I have tried to download the transactions but I do not get an option of where to save the transactions

· I try to view a ‘Transaction Listing’ but nothing happens (Microsoft Explorer 6)

· I try to view a ‘Transaction Listing’ but nothing happens (Microsoft Explorer 7)

You should be aware that some customers of other financial institutions have become victims of identity theft when they responded to bogus emails and telephone calls. Please note that no one from Uniting Financial Services will ever contact you by email or telephone to request your Uniting Online or Uniting by Phone Access Code(s).

The safety and security of your investment with us is our highest priority.

NEVER provide your investment or login details in response to an email or telephone call you receive from someone purporting to represent Uniting Financial Services. Should you receive a call from someone purporting to be from Uniting Financial Services requesting your Uniting Online or Uniting by Phone Access Codes, please report it to this office immediately by telephone 1300 133 673 or via email to contactus@unitingfinancial.com.au
